Menu

Our Five dishes menu is composed with ingredients from Latin American cuisine, fusing Spanish culinary techniques.

Through local preparations and products we offer a variety of flavours to create a new gastronomic experience.

The menu is carefully paired by our sommelier, incorporating Spanish wines.

 

In case of allergies we can offer other alternatives.

The menu cannot be adapted to a vegan diet, as it is made up of seafood, fish and meat.

STARTER

 

Cassava and Iberian ham croquettes with truffle mayonnaise

Scallop ceviche with avocado, red onion, sweet potato, leche de tigre

(lime, onion, garlic, celery and habanero chili)

APPETISER

 


Tuna tataki with crispy salmon skin served with green asparagus, plantain puree with peanuts and pil pil of dill.

MAIN COURSE

 


Beef tenderloin, red wine reduction with sugarcane honey, smoked beetroot tartare with black garlic and potato confit
